Christian Noguera is a percussionist, music educator and an artisan apprentice focused on folklore and popular music from Latin America and the Caribbean.

Christian was born in the Province of Misiones, Argentina.
At the age of 13, he started playing percussion in Posadas, a city heavily influenced by music from the tri-border region of Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina.

I’m the Shop Manager of Acheré Percussion, and we are proud to announce the relaunch of our artisan handmade percussion shop in Germantown, Philadelphia. This unique shop, led by talented Latino artists, specializes in handcrafted drums and drum repairs. Acheré Percussion is dedicated to honoring and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Latin American drum-making, ensuring these timeless traditions continue to thrive and inspire future generations. To mark this launch, Acheré Percussion is unveiling its latest limited-edition series: the Popular/Latin Jazz Congas.
